| i feel like i'm talking to the fire when i update any online journal now..
the crackle and burn of it all is so enticing, but there will be no reply to me.
maybe that's a good thing.. so i can say what i want..
but what would i want to say?
sometimes i think i just enjoy the sound of my fingers clacking against the keys..
perhaps i am lonely; i'll never confess!

recently i've been looking up a lot about old skool cartoons
such as hello kitty, care bears, strawberry shortcake.. nostalgic
feelings swell in my head like a tide, in and out now.
should i be grasping for a new realm?
kaspar is asleep in my suitcase.. is all this in vain?
this place feels like such a desolate region sometimes, i swear..
perhaps all the world is like that but i've yet to see it. is it harsh
of me to think such things? i wonder.. all these faces around here
(that i do not love) make me weary with want for more.. but more what?
have i grown idiotic suddenly over the course of the summer? so many
questions.. i need to quiet myself into sleep again, my subconscious is
so much easier to deal with (i suppose).

| wow... i've been a terrible xangan recently! i never update anywhere anymore.
hm. well, the classes changed and as much as i hate to admit it, i miss trade skool.. -_- i'm such a sellout. oh well. however i do love being in language again.. i've longed for it as weird as that sounds. ^^ teehee.
Kaspar carries jewelry around in his cute little mouth and loses it.. now if he weren't so adorable, I would be mad because he lost one of my favourite earrings.. it's even more enfuriating because I can't stay vexed. One day I'll get a picture of it and post it.. it's so cute.
well, that's pretty much all I want to say right now I think, so .. later? maybe.
OH and another thing... i DO NOT like The DaVinci Code! HAH! Take that, all you fans out there!! The characters are flat and cliche, the plot is ridiculously overused.. the only good part about it is the part in which Langdon is teaching about the number PHI. Look it up, it's pretty nifty.. but that's the only good thing about the book in my opinion.. thus far anyway. I am on page 105, but who's counting? -_- me, that's who. *sigh* people.. it's like the Harry Potter craze. Not that I have anything against Harry Potter.. in fact, I like it alright, but the way people praise it.. it's not worth it. The vocabulary in those books is pathetic.. although I can't help but enjoy the storylines. *shrugs* I'm hard to please, but there are authors out there able to do that. I really just want to get through this book and back to Tolkien.. or Koontz.. or King.. I want to read a book called Grendel right now because we studied Beowulf and an exerpt from it was in the text. .. it seems interesting.. not sacrilegious at all.. unlike SOME books I know.. blargh.
